Policies

Payment Policy: Payment must be completed within two weeks of registration.

Cancellation Policy:

Before 15 July 2026: 100% refunded less USD 100 handling fee per person.
Between 1 – 14 August 2026: 50% refunded per person.
From 15 August: No refund.
