The National Program for Private Sector Development & Foreign Trade (Nazdaher)
Nazdaher is one of Oman’s Vision 2040 national programs, serving as an executive arm with a short-term focus on private sector, investment, and international cooperation pillar of the vision.
Launched in March 2021, the program initially aimed to attract foreign direct investment, enhance the business environment, and drive economic diversification across various sectors.
In 2024, Nazdaher shifted toward developing a more strategic, integrated approach to amplify national efforts and support the local and global growth of Oman’s private sector.
